Choose Love as Your Docking Station

Choose Love

In a world that is filled with challenges, it can be easy to focus on worry or fear.

The real work is choosing love as your docking station.

My year-long intensive in intuitive and psychic development is coming to a close in December. It's been an amazing year of rich learnings and deep dives into the world of energy and spirituality. I'm excited to now be working with people from all over the world - offering cowrie shell divinations and psychic healings

Through this work, I'm learning ever more deeply the importance of our focus and our thoughts. It's simple enough - especially now - to complain or worry over recent news, to find connection through fear or anger.

The real work is choosing love as your docking station -- seeing someone in their perfection (even when you disagree with them), choosing forgiveness over divisiveness, being kind instead of being right.

My dog Szoke has this beautiful (to me) habit of greeting me by tucking her nose between my legs so that I can love on her, rubbing her ears and head. A friend of mine once called this act "docking," and from then on, the name stuck.

Szoke doesn't hesitate to seek out this attention, to go straight to the love and soak it in.

We can do the same, being intentional to move slowly, to sit in silence, to nurture ourselves and settle in our heart-space. I invite you to use love as your docking station, to take it on as a daily practice and see what comes. Send me an email if you'd like help with this.
