Grounding Practice

As I work with the human energy system through my psychic reading practice, I'm finding that most folks I see have insufficient grounding. This is coupled with their questions of:

  • how can I hold what's happening and stay balanced and well?

  • how can I make a difference?

  • where can I find support for myself?

  • how I can sustain a sense of optimism?

  • what can I do to support others who are suffering?

While grounding may seem insignificant when considering life's weightier questions, a daily grounding practice supports focus, lightness of being, balance, clarity, and ease. Grounding consistently leads to a greater sense of confidence and possibility and helps you navigate challenging situations.

Life can sometimes feel chaotic outside of us, but the needed change happens within. Devoting 10 minutes of your day to establishing inner calm is a worthwhile investment. This practice doesn't just affect you; it affects all of us. The way we carry ourselves through our day - the way we focus and think and act - will either deplete or strengthen us.
